Currently students use iPads for all of their work but typing is very difficult using the on-screen keyboard. External keyboards allow students to learn the proper finger placement, work faster, and complete work more easily. Due to COVID-19 and our hybrid schedule, the need is greater than ever for properly working devices and efficient use of technology. This project will allow an entire classroom to utilize the keyboards at a given time, most likely in a language arts class when working on essays or a science class when working on lab reports. Students utilize keyboarding skills every day, and these external keyboards will make their output greater in quantity and quality.
