Lessons and learning activities are planned to accommodate individual differences among learners. Instructional goals and objectives are determined by results from the available data resources. The lessons are geared toward concept adaptations for mastery of material. Instructional resources are selected from researched based materials with low/high level materials. I select programs that are directed at helping students learn such strategies as small groups working together, the buddy system, and peer tutors. Strategically seat students with learning disabilities to minimize distractions, provide peer assistance, and proximity to the teacher. My students will be engaged in a positive learning environment. They have excel academically, socially and emotionally in the classroom setting.
