These Ukuleles will be used in my music class to teach my students songs, chords, note-reading, and allow my students to use teamwork and listening skills to play together using instruments and singing. Through using these instruments, my students will gain the skills they need to continue learning and performing music of various styles and be able to transfer these musical skills and knowledge to whatever they end up doing both professionally and musically. My lessons will focus on teaching students both note-reading, as well as musical notation, harmony, and melodies that will allow them to thrive both personally and musically in my class. Through playing ukulele, my students will gain the skills and muscle-memory they need in music and on the instrument to be able to transfer these skills to future musical and or artistic experiences.
