There have been many studies that students can focus better when not around fluorescent lighting. The lights can seem like they flicker and they can hear the lights which makes it hard for them to stay in tune with the lessons. The lighting in the classroom will set an active learning environment for all students. Also, to have better behavior practices, we need tools to help with that situation. It is hard for students to go 8 hours a day sitting in one room and in the 7 others after that. Having appropriate fidget tools can help the students focus and maintain composer during the school days. Help me equip my room with lights, charts, hooks, files an binders to give my students the best chance at learning to advance themselves in whatever future they have set for themselves!
