Because we were moved to a new classroom with limited storage space, plain white, window-less walls. These storage materials, rug, and decorations will allow me to make my classroom a safe and nurturing environment for our children, where they can feel at home while they are at school. These materials will allow me to make my classroom a safe and nurturing environment for our children, where they can feel at home while they are at school. The plastic mobile drawers will be used to store students IEP goals, daily notes, and data collection needed per student. The other mobile drawers will be used for each students independent work time, when we focus on their individual IEP goals, I will store the necessary materials/manipulatives they are to use to complete their tasks. These mobile draws will allow for flexibility to meet students needs. The rug will placed in our library center, where our students will go to practice pre-reading skills. Our floor in our new classroom is all tile, a rug will give them a comfy, warming, environment to read. The decorations will be used to give our classroom a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. This donation would help make our classroom feel like home for our children where they can nurture love of learning.
