We are a Title 1 school and receive very little money for equipment. 550 students come through our gym doors EVERY DAY! My goal is to introduce students to activities that they may never have the opportunity to participate in outside of PE. Cardio Drumming is a newer (to PE) concept! It gets heart rates up, is fun, and involves dancing and movement! I will still need to find the rope handled tubs, but hopefully, I can get those donated through PTO. Google Cardio Drumming...it may be something you’d like to try too! Thank you for your support! You rock!
