Wrestling, like many other sports, can teach its participants the value of practice, dedication, and physical fitness. MatBoss is a program that will be used on the iPads. This program gives the coaches and the wrestlers access to view past matches, skip to specific scoring events, and review in slow motion. Video review enables coaches to show their wrestlers where they need to improve. The iPads give us the ability to record, review, and show wrestlers where they need to improve. Evaluating and assessing ourselves is critical in one's development. Having the iPad to film will gives us the ability to do that with our student athletes. The iPads will give us the ability to use this program to have our team's video view-able by parents and fans exposed to a wider wrestling audience on InterMat. This gives our community the benefit of seeing the matches that they do not witness in person, and will also give our wrestlers the advantage of being noticed by college coaches. With this project we will tailor our coaching to the individual allowing us to focus on what needs to be improved. This will put the wrestlers in the best place to succeed.
