The academic planner would be useful for first graders because it includes a place where the teacher can write notes to the parents, where students can write their assignments they have to do, any spelling words he or she need to study and also has math aides that would be beneficial for the students learning. Organization plays a key role in first grade. If the students are organized, it will be easier for them to understand what they are learning and to stay on task. This is their first big step in organization. With these planners, it will give the first grade student the opportunity to learn how to plan their goals in life.
