We are requesting a class set of the book Students Strengths Finder which will help my students identify their strengths as leaders and build on the strengths they already have. I would like my Renaissance Leadership class to learn more about their strengths as leaders through reading this book and taking the strengths finder test. I want to empower my students in this leadership class to understand and build upon their inherent strengths and grow as leaders. I know this book can help my students on this journey! In an adult leadership course, I personally read this book and I learned so much about myself and I would like my students to have this experience and learn more about themselves. Many of my students have been in the class for a year and are continuing in the course for a second or third year. I would like to take the course to a new level by completing this book study.
