This project will provide my students computer exposure. In addition, I will be able to reinforce 21st-century skills. They will have access to more information and resources within this global society. These computers will allow students to research various topics. The research will allow their to create fiction and nonfiction pieces of writing. It will allow them to make connections and gain prior knowledge about different topics and ideas. I plan to incorporate computers in learning stations and cooperative learning groups. In addition, the students will be able to use computer programs to reinforce reading and writing skills. I will also be able to use the computers to motivate students. Some students require extrinsic rewards.
