In the past years, the pre kinder students come into my classroom with no fine motors skills, which are extremely important when starting to write. Also, they are not thinkers or problem solvers. My goal this year with the help of Donors.org is to try and get some materials that would enhance both. These materials would make my class engaging and get the students to have fun while helping them learn these vital skills. The kids will be able to use their fine motor skills by putting together the Robots and will be able to apply the higher level thinking by planning out and following direction on how to build and make the robot work.
