Yoga stability balls will give my students a chance to move around while completing work throughout the day. My students have trouble sitting still in desk chairs at their desks. These yoga balls will allow them to quietly wiggle and move around without being a distraction to others. These yoga balls will be used instead of chairs at their desks. Students will be able to replace chairs with these balls if they choose to. Students will be able to be more focused instead of constantly fidgeting at their desks. I truly believe that these yoga balls will improve my students concentration and ability to work.
