I am running a virtual learning class where students have a unique opportunity to retake a class they failed in the past. The students have a wide variety of virtual learning classes to take ranging from social studies, English, math, science, etc. This program is designed to help prevent student drop out and to encourage students to stay in school, excel and earn their diploma. Most of my students come from a poor socioeconomic background and cannot afford basic classroom supplies including headphones. Headphones are much needed resource because the students complete lessons online which includes instructional videos, lessons and assessments. These headphones are incredibly important for all of my students, but in particular for my English Language Learners and my special education population.
