It's important to me that my students aren't forced into a position that is not conducive to their learning. I want them to be able to wiggle, stand or lay on their bellies if they need to. Having a choice teaches students that they have a voice. Flexible seating helps students focus, fosters creativity and encourages individuality. If they learn better standing up, then let's go for it! I'm here to support them. I have also included a few items to kick-start my class library. Not all of my students have the means to numerous books at home. I won't let that stop their educational development. Let's get these students learning!
