With the challenges that have come with this year, I have realized that my students need to be more organized and I need to model this as well. I plan to use the compartment storage so students who are absent can easily find the materials needed to be successful. This will also give specific places for the students to hand in materials per class period. I will use the label maker to number all my calculators and Chromebooks so students know specifically for which item they are responsible and each item has their own place. Last, but not least, is the rolodex and pencil holder. I have pencils and pens scattered all over my desk and this will help keep them in one place. I realize being organized will not only help me model organization, but make me a better teacher as well.
