Flexible seating is very appreciated by students. It will allow third graders to move while they work and be in a more comfortable seating while being engaged in the lesson. Their effort increases and there is a certain amount of pride that comes out in their work. Research is showing that incorporating movement throughout the school day make students less fidgety and more focused on learning. Students enjoy the extra responsibility of choosing a strategic work space and take their learning more seriously. Help me give my students the opportunity to find diverse comfort within the classroom to be their best self and have a better learning experience. Students do their best when they are comfortable.
