As an elementary school teacher I noticed that technology is not only limited in the building but the knowledge is to. They see their teachers use computers or the smart board, but they rarely use it themselves. I am deciding to start my scholars with typing as a collegian. They will no longer hand-write their essays and journal entries, instead they will type. This will give them first-hand experience on how work is submitted professionally at an early age! The printer and toner in need, is to print out my scholars wonderful pieces and to display them. This will also prepare them for higher learning demands!!!
