Kids MUST have some form of accountability! It's important for teachers to know if students have mastered content that's been taught. The use of dry erase boards, while participating in online learning at home, will enable me to gather useful data (for whole or small group instruction) to target students who may need additional support. Additionally these easels can also serve as a check for understanding, requiring a non-verbal response that can occur quickly and quietly. Lastly, students can engage in word play activities by using magnetic letters and written expression to build and increase their spelling and vocabulary knowledge.
