First grade is the year you learn to read. Reading is not a skill that we are born with, and just like other skills in life some students have a natural gift for it while others struggle. Games like Quiddler Jr. and Bananagrams allow all students to work at their level practicing skills that will help them become better readers in a hands-on, fun way! Games also give students a chance to work together and learn from each other. Help us learn to work together and have fun learning all of those important foundational skills! Imagine a classroom where students are all engaged in learning and working together. Learning is more fun when we do it together!
