Using the workshop model in math, students come to the rug with whiteboards for guided practice and to record modeled strategies. They will provide each student the ability to maximize their skills and grow within a new school year. My students will be allowed to grow academically and socially with the help of these supplies. Each item will help maintain the students current knowledge and skills along with staying on track with their education needs. The students will use fine and gross motor skills with these materials. The use of whiteboards is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math and dry erasers are very important on keeping the whiteboard clean and viewable. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
