Kindergarten classrooms should feel inviting and stimulating for all the students. Many students have difficulty learning while sitting in a typical student chair and table setting. When a student does not feel comfortable and confident in their environment we cannot expect them to learn at their fullest. Some new strategies to help students with succeeding in the classroom is by using flexible independent choice seating. With these cushions our kindergarten students will be able to create their learning foundations independently while feeling comfortable and confident. With their independent foundations skills, students will thrive throughout their lives inside and outside the classroom.
