Let me show you what I can do! Students will use technology to reinforce skills according to their learning preferences. Students can be identified as auditory, visual, or kinesthetic learners. Research shows students perform better when they are taught according to their learning style/preference. Project based assessment is another way for students to demonstrate their learning in different ways. We want to give students the opportunity to express learning in non-traditional ways. Obtaining more technology will provide students the chance to more things to prove they “know their stuff.” Textbooks, paper, and pencils are being used less and less in the classrooms. We are moving in that direction.
