We’re back at school and ready to learn! After a spring semester of digital learning, students are ready and eager to return to school. There are many questions and uncertainties for this school year, but safety should not be one of them. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to provide a safe and nurturing environment for students. While there are some safety measures in place, I always feel like I can do more and want to ensure that students are in the safest environment that I can possibly provide for them. My students need a healthy and secure place so they feel confident each day ready to learn without the worries of catching COVID-19 or any symptoms that can be harmful to them. These shields will provide more protection and aren't just for my class, but for my colleague, as well (who is too shy to create a project). We would greatly appreciate any contributions and help that we can receive!
