As a game show classroom, I would have the opportunity to motivate students to think, rethink, and internalize content. I would be able to use these tools in order to reteach or extend learning in order to best support my students. As an added bonus, competition creates a collaborative atmosphere in order to learn from and support one another. Students would feel encouraged to learn from mistakes rather than embarrassment. "The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence."- Confucius My goal is to use these resources in order to unlock hidden potential. Even though students may feel the pressure of 4th grade, game shows can increase comfort in learning. Since both games and learning can be risky, these tools can appropriately scaffold and challenge each of my students.
