The Wacom - Intuos Wireless Graphic Tablet will allow me to move around the room helping individual students while also keeping the whole group engaged. I can "write" on the board from anywhere in the room. Many students work better with me close by. Many are more likely to ask for help when they can do it privately instead of in front of the whole class. Being able to move around the room cuts down on classroom behavior issues which makes the day go better for everyone. This will be like having an extra teacher in the room. Students have personal white boards at their desks and we use a lot of dry erase markers. These allow me to make a quick assessment of students knowledge.
