In my classroom, centers are an essential part for math and ELA instruction. During this time, students are provided with activities and practice on their personal level fostering a growth mindset. Planning activities that reach all of their needs can be difficult. Tablets are a great center activity where I can differentiate my instruction. Apps such as google classroom will allow me to provide practice activities/assessments on their grade level. In my classroom students can range from two or more grade levels below to on grade level. Tablets can help bridge a gap and enrich every student with a high quality learning experience.
