The wobble stools that I am requesting already have a home around one of my hexagonal tables. Wobble stools are just one component of a flexible seating classroom. I have already purchased six balanced balls on which the students will sit on. I am also getting a free large area rug to use if the students choose to sit closer to the ground. Of course I will still have chairs if the students choose to sit on them. Being able to offer my students a variety of seating options will give them a sense of ownership on their learning. This will engage and motivate them and cause less disruption and more learning! Wobble stools will be beneficial in allowing some students to get their wiggles out.
