My goal is always to create a loving, nurturing classroom community. This classroom library will enable my students to interact with character education based literature that I will use during Morning Meetings that will help them become honest, well mannered, empathetic, kind, people with healthy self esteems that will hopefully grow up to escape the generational poverty cycle! Research shows​ that morning meetings help create a respectful, trusting classroom community that fosters the needs of diverse learners, helping to close the achievement gap. I will use these books to help create that positive environment needed to grow successful learners from all backgrounds!

About my class
