With the lack of in class instruction, many students attending school this year are suffering from learning loss. Most concerning for me are my students with already exceptional needs. By providing students with exceptional needs with multi-sensory, multi-faceted, dynamic instructional tools that assist them in accessing content they are lacking as well as expected grade level content. It is my hope that I can use these tools to minimize the gaps that have widened as a result of COVID years in school. In addition, specific resources for SEL can help to remedy some of the social ramifications we as educators are watching our students face each day as a result of COVID and its impact in schools.

About my class
