My students need inspiration to spark an interest in reading. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. Students in my classroom like to read graphic novels, yourng adult literature, and updated classics. I encourage independent reading in my classroom and would like to begin lit circles to encourage callboration and discussion, which will foster a lovel of reading. Students who read these graphic novels and young adult lit find reading fun and begin to read more for enjoyment! Helping students begin to learn that reading is fun is a perfect way to build better readers. My students will love getting their hands on these books with exciting visuals and fresh topics.
