As an educator, I believe all students have different ways of learning. To achieve this, I want to make sure that my students have the choices of how they want to work. Giving them the option instead of just sitting at their desk to utilize the whole classroom to their needs. I want my students to feel comfortable in their individualized setting in order to focus more on the work or activity at hand. The stools provide another seating option to give them the motivation to sit and complete any necessary assignments. The bouncy chairs provide more support for the friends who feel the need to move but need to focus on their activities. The small work table adds an extra center during differentiated learning center time, where students can work on a separate activity at that table. Students should be able to feel comfortable in any individualized area they choose to work at, giving them the motivation and drive to pursue a further understanding. I want my students to feel comfortable in the classroom community that we have created together by offering more choices and activities for them to explore the concept/ lesson of the day.
