I use learning stations for both reading and math daily in my classroom. One of my daily stations is technology. I would like to add the other components of STEM to my station this school year. Not all students learn in the same way, and I would like to provide more hands-on learning with the use of STEM activity kits and manipulatives. I feel that some of my students don't have the opportunities to be kids and use their imaginations to create or build something because of the limited resources their families have. I would like to provide meaningful learning experiences for them in our classroom.
