These headphones will help keep my students focused on their work without disturbing others. Right now only a few students have headphones. It gets very loud when students are using the computer without headphones. This can be very distracting to other students. If students can only hear their own computer program it will keep them focused on their own work. They will not be distracted or more interested in what their neighbor is doing. They will also not have a chance to talk to their neighbor instead of participating in their lesson. They work on computer programs for about an hour each day. These programs are very beneficial and start them at their level and challenge them to reach their full potential. Headphones are important because they need to hear directions and sometimes stories or text being read to them.
