This is my first year teaching! I would love to be able to provide these materials for my students. Art materials are very expensive, and I would like to provide these basic materials for students. Paint, paintbrushes, markers, and construction paper are used almost every day, and these may not be materials that students have at home. I want to make sure all students have the ability to create without limitations, and we can do this with your help! Nine hundred students will be coming into my classroom this year with a curiosity to learn new art concepts. I want to make sure that my students will be ready for any project, and we cannot do this if we do not have the supplies to do so. Some students do not get to practice art concepts at home, and this is their one chance to be able to explore these materials. These students will be able to create are in a safe place that will encourage them to persevere.
