These hands-on activities will encourage the creative minds of young students. Educational prompts will allow students to create, build, and play through exploration. Also, these resources ensure students can learn about a variety of scientific concepts. Further, these activities that are project-based, encourage collaborative problem solving and introduce STEM projects at a level that will be just right for my students! First graders LOVE being "scientists," so please consider donating and supporting our future scientists, engineers, computer programmers, and more. Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are what will give our students the tools to become globally empowering and prepared. They need to experience these activities first hand to know how to compete in the real world. Many activities will be done with the building blocks, linking cubes, Wikki Stixs, and other items requested.
