These materials will make a huge difference in my students lives because they are tools that have proven time and time again, to be successful in counseling children. My school has a very limited budget and being a first time counselor, I have limited resources to provide my students with. Receiving these materials would mean deepened communication and understanding. Counseling children can sometimes be difficult because they often cannot verbalize or label their emotions. Having these tools will allow students to feel more comfortable to open up about personal and intimate details of their lives and allow me to gain substantial information about the student.
