Google Slide and PowerPoint lessons can get old, stale, and boring. Nearpod gives me the ability to take those same lessons and make them interactive, incorporating games and activities that motivate students— they’re learning while having fun! It gives students a platform to collaborate, and it enables me to make formative assessments as the lesson progresses in order to guide future instruction. It is a real game changer! I signed up for the trial period of Nearpod and it revolutionized my lessons. The students loved it and were 100% engaged. They got excited on the days they saw that Nearpod code to join a lesson.
