We all learn and are productive in different ways. These options will help students develop who they are as learners. They will have a chance to find out what it's like to present in front of others in different ways. Finding your voice is part of being successful. Being able to present in front of a group, small or large, will allow students to get comfortable with sharing their ideas and learning. The microphones and flexible seating options my students will be able to develop an understanding of what working in "real world" is like. Flexible seating options will allow students a choice of where to work. The microphones will allow for presentation choices.
