It will be difficult to take an actual field trip to the ocean, but with virtual field trips, we can enhance the experience. The Google computer supplies and iPad for this part of the project would give students the visual and auditory experience that they might not otherwise get. We can also create our own videos and public service announcements with the iPad that we can use to create awareness about endangered sea turtles. The books and art supplies will help when we are creating a piece of original sea turtle art. The books will help with learning factual information about sea turtles. Any supplies that we might receive will be greatly appreciated and put to good use.
