Each item listed on the purchase list will help improve the learning experience of my students in different ways. The materials will also assist me in putting forth my best efforts when teaching students. The printer paper will ensure I can print weekly newsletters and homework. The tabletop white board and magnetic letters will allow me to create visuals and notes for students during small group and guided reading lessons. The stools will promote flexible seating during work time and independent reading. Flash cards and sentence builders will be used in the fluency station to aid students in becoming fluent readers and increasing their vocabulary. The Dry erase white boards will be used during whole group lessons for checks for understanding. The white boards can also be used during FUNdations/Phonics lessons. The punch cards and prize box will promote positive behavior and serve as an incentive within our classroom.
