Our district is located in an urban area in which a majority of my students do not have access to the materials that help them be more successful. My providing these materials, students will be able to do activities that will make them more successful such as listening to books, doing online educational activities, research, and more! My students love learning if they are able to focus and be in charge of their learning and headphones will help this process. Students will be able to listen to books online that will improve their fluency and will help build their knowledge of the world around them. They will be able to create stories of their own and build ownership in their work. By providing headphones, students will take pride in their work and will grow in a multitude of subject areas.
