The materials selected in this project are to enrich the reading experience for my English Language Learners. I want them to develop a love for reading and learning. I also want them to develop an appreciation for both their native language and English. Although it is not important for them to learn the English Language, it does not mean that they have to stop learning their native language. As I teach them using the books, I also equip them with the sentence stems to help them share their ideas verbally and in written format. The letters are to help them build words to help them learn to decode words.
