Help me give my students an instant boost to our classroom library with 20 all-time favorite stories and a new classroom carpet. The funny characters, wildly popular series, and engaging stories will get my students excited about reading and help build their core reading skills. Having a new carpet will allow my students to have a comfortable area where they can jump into a good book! Several studies show that the classroom library helps students in reading achievements. In order for this to happen, students need to have access to grade-level, or around grade-level, books they are interested in reading. By supplying my students with a variety of books in my classroom library, I will be able to reach a variety of academic reading needs and build on those the children already have.
