The materials in my project will help me create my classroom into a second home for my students. Cursive writing is now being introduced in 2nd so the poster will be a great visual! The math books will be exciting and fun for them and we can use the fun black sticky's for exit tickets! I also choose books that represented different cultures so that students could feel represented. I'm hoping that these materials will create a fun space where students are excited to learn and happy to be! This is just the beginning for us and with this small foundation we'll be able to grow and flourish throughout the year.
