Letters Alive is a piece of educational technology I know will make a difference in the way my students learn. Letters Alive uses 3D augmentation to make the animals come alive! My students will be able to use this to identify letters and sounds. My students will be able to build words and sentences as well. This amazing technology uses a variety of modalities and a brain-based approach to reach a variety of learning styles, which is perfect for all of my learners! My students are not the same and they do not all learn the same way. My goal for this piece of technology is to utilize it in whole group and to have the students take the lead and use it independently in centers to practice literacy skills. My students who struggle with learning letters and letter sounds will soar with this technology because it is meaningful and engaging. Letters Alive makes me excited to learn, I cannot imagine how excited and eager my students will be to utilize this technology in the classroom. Our classrooms today are becoming more technology-based​ and this is one piece of technology I know will help my students become confident and successful in their learning.
