When my students walk into our classroom in September, I want them to feel an excitement for learning and a sense of community from Day 1! Currently, my classroom is only equipped with 2 chalkboards that aren’t at a reachable height for my students, which would make it impossible for them to present, teach, and show their learning! We also have an old carpet that doesn’t have enough room for all 24 students to sit comfortably. It would be wonderful if we could start our year out with two essential pieces of furniture that are too expensive for me to purchase on my own: a teaching easel and a rug. Thank you for helping us!
