My students love different sensory inputs in their day. Having a classroom rug and pea pod will give them options for sensory input as they learn in class. The classroom rug and pea pod will give my students areas in the room to help them self-regulate their sensory and emotional needs. In addition during our Reading and Writing block these items will give my students different areas to sit as they dive into a book or write their own books. These areas will be instrumentally to all of the students through the day in so many different ways. They will aide us in our adventures this year.
