Kindergarten is the foundation for all other learning. The use of manipulatives and puzzles help students develop fine motor skills that will help students with things such as writing, and cutting. They are also learning critical thinking skills by creating and building structures. Working with puzzles also build motor skills, and critical thinking skills, as well as logical reasoning skills. The best part is that the students are learning in a fun, developmentally appropriate way. Often they don't even realize they are learning because they are having so much fun!
