My students love to engage in reading. They love to read independently and they love to have an adult read to them. My classroom library is limited because I am a first year teacher. Donating to my project will help to expand my limited classroom library. I would love for my students to have a diverse classroom library with new books to get excited about! Many students have read multiple books on my bookshelf and they are longing for new books to get their hands on. Through reading students are able to make connections to the characters in the story. This allows my students to engage in discussions and learn new things in a fun and exciting way.
