My students have unique minds that love to learn new and exciting things through numerous experiences! They absolutely love reading, and our district has just decided to embark on a new curricular journey in the subject. Unfortunately, my district does not have the funds to purchase the necessary books for the units we are covering. The new books will expose students to several genres throughout the school year. When each student has a book in their hand an entirely new world is at their fingertips. The selected books for this project will expand students' understanding of the genre of science fiction with stories about hunger and famine, global warming, and preparedness for unforeseen circumstances. These books are much more than a collection of papers. These books contain stories that will unlock a world of exploration, understanding, and imagination for students that will soon be responsible for the future of our world. Please help us expand our educational experience. Thank you for your consideration!
